Something not working?
To help us understand the issue, include:
- Your device model and iOS version
- Your StyleStage app version
- What happened and the steps to reproduce it
- A screenshot, with sensitive details removed
Never send passwords, verification codes or Apple account credentials.
Signing in
Use device quick sign-in or Sign in with Apple. These methods use separate accounts and do not automatically merge.
Device accounts rely on credentials stored on your device. If those credentials are lost, we cannot recover access. For Apple sign-in, use the same Apple Account you used when registering.
Report a concern
Use the in-app Report and Block options for inappropriate content or unwanted interactions. New posts are reviewed before they appear publicly.
You can also email us with the username, post details and reason for your report. Keep feedback focused on outfits, not a person's body or identity.
Your account and data
To delete your account, open Settings in StyleStage and choose Delete Account, then follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access your account, or have a privacy or deletion question, email the support address above. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
